總統府昨天下午召開國安高層會議，決定由財政部擬定亞投行參與意向書，經行政院核定，由行政院大陸委員會請中國大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室，提交亞投行籌備秘書處。
林永樂上午在立法院受訪表示，相關作業在行政院、各相關部會都有研商，各部會之前都有研究，大家認為參加亞投行有助國家與產業。
媒體詢問，以「Chinese Taipei」（中華台北）加入亞投行是否矮化？
林永樂說，會進一步考慮，現在只是表達參與意願，將來在名稱、地位與待遇部分，還要透過協商處理。
他說，現在不是送件，只是表達參與意願，希望讓中國大陸、成為創始會員的國家了解台灣有參加意願。1040331
